have been found to be very useful

Do you backup files to CD? The great thing about this
shareware tool is that it reads the directory / files structure from the
CD itself and includes these details on the jewel case label if you so
desire
Shareware - unregistered version works but is limited
Allows you to print, capture or save portions of your
screen by simply hitting the "print screen key". Useful for
documentation, or capturing that error message that you want to send to
someone.
Protect you PC from Internet hackers. People DO try
to get to your PC to see what they can retrieve. Especially if you are
logged on for a long while or via a cable modem.
Theoretically not needed if you have a hardware Router/firewall box which connects to and/or shares the internet
Windows XP also has a built in Software firewall. Use HELP facility to find it.
