CD Labeler	Do you backup files to CD? The great thing about this shareware tool is that it reads the directory / files structure from the CD itself and includes these details on the jewel case label if you so desire	Shareware - unregistered version works but is limited
Diskdata	Running out of disk space? Where did it all go? View/Print disk/directory lists. View graphs of space usage by Directory. Great!	30 Day trial
Photocopier	If you have a scanner and printer this little utility links them together to work like your own Photocopier. Great idea! Some Scanner software now includes this sort of facility so first check out what tools have been installed or are still on the original CD.	Free and registered versions
Printkey	Allows you to print, capture or save portions of your screen by simply hitting the "print screen key". Useful for documentation, or capturing that error message that you want to send to someone.	30 Day trial
PassKeeper	Allows you to store all your passwords PINS etc. in an encrypted file that only you can reference with one master password. Great! Some PDA/Pocket PC devices also come with similar software such as eWallet, which is also a great tool but does require ActiveSynch.	free for individual and non-profit use
MailAlert	Check and/or forward e-mail without having your e-mail program running	Registered version

Second Copy	Backup and/or Synchronize Files automatically as required. Great little Tool	Registered version
Spybot Search and Destroy	Spyware Removal and Immunization Tool - Free Definition Updates	Free
Zone Alarm	Protect you PC from Internet hackers. People DO try to get to your PC to see what they can retrieve. Especially if you are logged on for a long while or via a cable modem. Theoretically not needed if you have a hardware Router/firewall box which connects to and/or shares the internet Windows XP also has a built in Software firewall. Use HELP facility to find it.
