Access You or one of your key staff members will shortly receive and email notification of an internet link (URL), login (your email address), and password to access the system. This may have already occurred. If you or someone else requires access and has not been provided a login please let us know.
At least one person within your company will be setup as an administrator, and as such, will receive copies of al help desk tickets to ensure that he/she understands what is happeing regarding tickets being raised etc.
