If you have setup individual email addresses and configured outlook to work within their own windows login, then to supervise this you will either need to

• Look over their shoulder
  
  
• Configure their Outlook to ?Leave the Emails on the server?, and check it and delete it manually either via your outlook ort via webmail
  
  
• If the same computer is being used, then you could Open their ?Outlook.PST? files within your Outlook
  This option will require you to find these PST files in their login

  This can also be done from another computer on a home network provided permissions are setup correctly, but may cause conflict if these files are opened concurrently..
