How do I mantain Email Addresses

There are two ways to maintain email addresses:

(A) Via the Email Administration Control Panel

  1. Login to the Mail Administration Control Panel at http://www.yourwebhosting.com/mailadmin/
  2. Use your email address and Email password
  3. Here you can adjust options for
    • Email Account Password
    • Mail Delivery
    • Forwards
    • Auto Responder
    • Trash Options, return to Sender etc
  1. Once you have finished, LOGOFF using the button at the bottom of the screen

Mail Administrators are designated users who can manage the mailboxes on an account via this page. If your email address has been designated as an Administrator you should be able to adjust other email addresses within your domain as well.

(B)   Via the Website?s general control panel

  1. Logon to the control panel - http://www.helbig.com.au/login
  2. Use your website?s main username and password
  3. Go to the Email Section in the centre panel
  4. Click on "Mail Central"
  5. Add your required email addresses or mail forwards to the list
  6. Specify your own email account password for each address
  7. Setup Outlook or Outlook Express to use the new email address
